Each vendor is assigned a Zoom link that they will use all morning. The password for all sessions is "Vendor" (without the quotes).
Look at the schedule and click on the vendors you wish to visit at each time slot. Their specific link will be in a gold colored "Video Stream" button.
The virtual booths are open all morning. The Gold and Silver sponsored vendors will also have a session going at 9:00 am (Gold & Silver) and 11:00 am (Gold only). Bronze sponsored vendors will not have sessions but will have their virtual booth running all morning.
All vendors will pause any conversations going at 10:00 am to start a short "Live Demo" session for any attendees who visit their virtual booth.
On Dec. 2, we have a vendor (Motorola Solutions) who will run a short Virtual Coffee Break and demo session. The first 25 attendees who complete the attendance form in the session will receive a $10 Starbucks e-gift card. (E-gift cards will be emailed within 2 weeks.) *R10 Staff and other vendors do not qualify for this give-away.

Door prizes
Many of the vendors will be offering door prizes or specials for visiting their booths. Please be sure you visit all the booths!
We will offer several door prizes for visiting as many vendors’ virtual booths as possible. The more vendors you visit, the better your chances of winning! Each vendor will have an attendance form in their Virtual Booth session to complete that R10 staff will compile all entries from to do the drawing. You will need to ask the vendor for the secret word to enter into the form. R10 door prize drawings will take place between 1:00 - 4:00 pm on the day of the event. Prizes will be emailed/mailed within 2 weeks.) *R10 Staff and other vendors do not qualify for this give-away.
